She has an HND in Business Administration from The Polytechnic Calabar, Cross River State PGDE from National Teachers Institute (NTI), Diploma in Human Resource Management from CIPM She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and a member of Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals (NISP) She has over 20 years’ experience covering Business Development, Strategic Planning, Project Management, Business Strategy and Organizational Development and Human Capital Management gained over the years in both public and private sectors in Nigeria Margaret has attended several courses/trainings covering Selling, Marketing, Inter-personal skills, Customer relations, Project Management, Negotiation skills, Team Building, Health Safety and Environment (HSE) among others.
