Martins is a seasoned HR professional with over 15 years industry experience. He has consistently demonstrated expertise and knowledge in developing and delivering talent management strategies for organizational development. He is a highly driven and energetic human capital professional with a success record of executing and supporting human capital initiatives to position JKK for growth through his data analytic skills. Martins officially joined Electronic Test Company (eTC), a subsidiary of JKK as HR/Admin officer in 2011 and through diligence and dedication rose to become a member of the Senior Management Team. He holds a First Degree in Statistics from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH) Ogbomosho and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Statistics from Federal Polytechnic Ede. He is an associate member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (ACIPMN).
